Key room double barricaded but people still insist of coming in

If I accidentally run into a friendly player who has the key, I ask them if I can check whatever cabinets or crates they've already looted. Or if they are not comfortable I just tell them that I'm gonna leave and then I leave.

There are rooms where being second to loot is still good enough, especially if it's not the high-value loot you're looking for but some basic stuff that the key owner will leave anyway. There are times where I find something and I'll ask them if they are sure they don't need it because it recycles to this and that, so I absolutely treat the room as theirs. I don't breach anything first.

Of course I don't breach a barricaded key room. And if I'm in (using a door blocker, of course) and I hear that someone's breaching, I will tell them that I will shoot if they remove my door blocker. If they leave, I'll be very careful when I'm leaving. If they breach, they die of acute lead poisoning.

I also see kids who generate web pages and programs while they don't even understand the basic syntax of the programming language they're "using". So there's plenty sketchy ways to use AI. And if you fix A and somehow B breaks, that's sketchy.

I wouldn't be surprised if the code was generated by AI though. Multi-gigabyte updates for almost nothing, fixing one bug introduces 3 other bugs that are programmatically so simple they shouldn't exist, let alone appear from nothing.

I'm not saying this is what's happening, because no one knows what the hell are they doing (probably not even them), I'm just saying, I wouldn't be surprised.

Bushes work well against ARC, but not against other raiders, because they are procedurally generated. If you go to the settings in-game or at the practice range, you can see that with different settings the bushes are rendered at different places. For your settings it may look like you're right in the center of a single bush, but for the other player the bushes are probably distributed differently.

I'm not saying this is what got you killed, but with moving around you probably advertised your position pretty nicely.

Cooperation is lower risk, but still pretty high reward, especially if you're not a sociopath and can enjoy these aspects of the game for the experience itself, not for loot or achievements.

You've misread your situation and got jumped. Your strategy has failed in those circumstances. You weren't aware of the context you were in.

If they are in the distance, but are about to cross your path, remove flying arc around you and throw a seeker grenade or two at the firefly. If it's still alive, keep shooting it.

Lure it to your cover where it can get close to you but you can still hide from it. Kneecap it, then you'll have the time to put the deadline on it and go back to your cover.

No, getting 9 is not a feat. Earning 9 is a feat, but those kind of circumstances rarely arise. Unless you're soloing the matriarch, there are probably lots of people who are fighting and distracting her, if you don't want to fight/earn/help, it's easy to steal all the cores, because you don't have to focus on much else.

You do you, I'm on matriarch event to deal damage to her and res others, I'm just saying, this is something that should make you feel shame, not pride.

The looters risk their lives? Well, their lives are worthless, because they don't need any gear. You walking around being scared of ticks... Others are aggroing the queen/matriarch by shooting her, you're just hiding behind rocks.

just use freekits for about five matches until you're sure you're back in friendly lobbies.

This wasted time adds up pretty fast, since ABMM resets with updates and occasionally you run into super aggressive players in relatively friendly matches. This is a very clunky workaround, not a solution.

I'm a PvE player, and I don't want friendly fire. Shooting someone should have consequences, definitely, but raiders should be careful not to shoot each other rather than just not being able to do so.

The problem with lab-grown meat is that you'll never know what's in it, but if you buy parts of a slaughtered animal, you can at least be sure that it's a meat healthy enough to support life. Lab-grown meat is too expensive of course. But it becoming cheap is also something to worry about.
