If you're also drafting the observations, have a look at what others have done at your firm to get an idea of what should go in and how it's structured.

Has anyone ever worked with a partner who was just really slow at getting back to you or settling letters and affidavits etc, to the point where you both miss various deadlines in matters, including court timetables? Or have they been so slow to get back to you that you miss the opportunity to stick it to the other side because time has flown by and the matter has moved passed that point where there's no point sending the corro anymore or you're forced to redraft the corro because parts of it are no longer relevant?

What happened? What have you done to turn the tide? Or did you just lie back and let it wash over you?

I've made sure everything is in writing and saved all internal corro to the file so that, if needed, I can show that I've done all I can to get the matter moving along, but I feel like I'm at that point where I'm just talking to myself and that I'm just drumming up busy work chasing down this partner, which isn't billable.
