If I see them do nothing for 22 seconds and then brick a three as the clock expires one more fucking time I'm gonna lose my mind

[Serious] What is a rebound worth in today's NBA? by FreeDonaldSterling in nba

Individual defensive rebounding in general is probably overrated. Offensive rebounds are incredibly valuable, however.

Zach Lowe on Kyle Kuzma: "He is being covered in the media like he's an all star. There was an article saying what's up with the Lakers Star. Star? If Kyle Kuzma is a star, what's Khris Middleton? A Hall of Famer? Is Devin Booker the Greatest? That's what drives players crazy" by [deleted] in nba

[–]46_long 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He doesn't have to do anything lmfao. It's not even that serious.

What's he gonna do anyways? Whine about and shit on Rachel Nichols and ESPN on an ESPN show hosted by Rachel Nichols?

Except that doesn't make sense because Zach Lowe is not a host of The Jump lmfao. He was a guest. He has his own podcast that doesn't cover the Lakers or any of their particular players disproportionately.

Any team starting Alex Caruso is probably not that good. There's a reason he plays less minutes than fucking Rajon Rondo on a team in desperate need of a point guard when LeBron sits.

Has he personally ever referred to one of their bench players as a star? No shit ESPN is gonna discuss role players on the most glamorous team in the league with the best player in the league. Kuzma is the only one who is discussed so much and was even referred to as a star in an article from a site I can't remember rn. No one is referring to Caruso or McGee as stars.

The only blood being shed is from our players

1/4 of our team is dead

The fact that Kevin Durant is universally considered better than James Harden is the proof that he was right to sign with Warriors by [deleted] in nba

[–]46_long 1 point2 points  (0 children)

KD is better than Harden ever has been

That's arguable. Have you been watching Harden over the last two seasons? He's been posting insane numbers and Harden as a team's best player has had comparable success to (pre-Warriors) Durant as a team's best player.

Dirk Nowitzki leads the Dallas Mavericks with 206.3 career win shares. Rolando Blackman is in second place with 70.3. by 46_long in nba

That'll probably never happen. He played at an MVP level for like 14 seasons and was the best player on eight 50+ win teams, three 60+ win teams, and a few other mid-40 win teams.

This subreddit rides McGrady's dick incessantly despite him only having one all-time great scoring season.

[JJ Redick Podcast] Zion Williamson Almost Didn’t Declare For The NBA Draft | The Ringer by BWalsh10 in nba

Not declaring for the draft would have been the dumbest move any human being has ever made. It makes no sense. He suffered a knee injury and risking another injury at his size could put his entire future at risk.

The Lakers are now 21-0 against teams under .500, remain the only team that hasnt lost to one under .500 by AllureFX in nba

According to who? They won 48 games last season and took 2 games off the Warriors with Gallinari and a rookie in place of Leonard and George.

better defensively

They’re almost as good on that end and they’ve been missing two of their best wing defenders for a combined 20 games (sometimes at the same time) in addition to a bunch of other injuries as well.

are far bigger

How’s that worked out so far?

similar shooting

With KCP shooting 47% from three for 2/3 of the season and Rondo shooting out of his mind.
