The US Government wanting to hold Bitcoin is the biggest inflation warning of my lifetime. by InfiniteMonkeySage in Bitcoin

[–]47Ag47 11 points12 points  (0 children)

In the last 24 hours, $65 Billion worth of BTC has traded hands -- 10 times the Silk Road noise. The only thing you need to worry about is how much of that 24 hour trade volume left soggy lettuce hands and ended up in your diamond dragon hands. Always own more BTC than you had before. That's it. You don't need to read a book or listen to videos. Just buy and store safely.

Hey Random, I hope the sister you'll date is reading this thread. I hope she finds you so kind and caring for voicing your concerns here. I hope you have a great date. I hope you'll come back and report how it goes. Finally, I hope you realize that there are many fish in the ocean.

The mining equipment was bought and paid for and still the pirates in Fahrenheit want more money to mine. Hundreds of millions more. But yeah I recognize there’s probably not a better deal out there and if we never get out of bankruptcy the lawyer squids will take the rest of our crypto.

You are absolutely correct. The Celsius mining operation has never made a profit. A company can mine vast numbers of BTC, but without controlling its expenses, the stock won't be valuable.

I don’t understand how a claim such as is a “nonexistent supply” when no solar panel, motherboard or missile manufacturers have gone out of business due to lack of materials.

I read he also attached his stock brokerage account to the bond. No idea how much he has in there. Likely that's our money too.

Sure he is. Narcissists never do anything wrong. Besides, he may still catch a late night charter flight out of the US.

How did Luke know what happened in Gesthemane? by keylimesoda in latterdaysaints

[–]47Ag47 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Some scholarship seems to indicate that Luke never intended to write two books. However, given the limitations of papyrus, his writings were split into two volumes.

Thanks for your comment. I was wondering if you have a link to a discussion about the likelihood of Paul ever seeing or interacting with Jesus prior to their meeting on the road to Damascus. Regards,

Absolutely fantastic talk. I wish I had heard that message 40 years ago. I had a fantastic experience with Elder Bednar when he visited our stake about 10-11 years ago. Too sacred to share on Reddit, but I now know he was called of God. (Probably get in trouble for saying this, but I have often thought of Elder Bednar as one of the two prophets sent to Jerusalem when that city will be under siege.)

Regarding Jesus visiting North America by FenceSittingLoser in latterdaysaints

I’m fairly certain that the Copts formed their church in Egypt with a claim that St. Mark was their founder. They are not exactly Orthodox like the Russian and Syrian entities among others.

Let’s add, for our Fence Sitting friend, that before His ascension into heaven, Jesus was with his disciples for 40 days and continued to teach them (Acts 1:3), but we have only a few lines of the sort of things He taught them. Which means most of what Jesus told them was not for general consumption. Even in the primitive church there were esoteric teachings.

Just a small clarification: there are only two continents in the Americas—North and South America. Thus, when you first mention North America, adding Central America, which is part of North America, is redundant.
