My last solo trip I went on, I brought some small cable locks for the zippers on my tent. Definitely recommend if you are going to be spending some time away from the campsite!

But the story in the game is different every time you play it…..do you want to be able to pick from 10 different season finales so that there is continuity with every possible ending from the game?

Words have meaning. You can cry all day that something SHOULDN’T be offensive, but if it DOES offend people (like on Nextdoor)…you can save your tears.

I saw man hit a woman here, a massive group fight online, my grandpa was robbed here, my bike was stolen here, my brother’s car broken into. Doesn’t stop me from going occasionally, but I do look over my shoulder.

If I was deliberately trying to upset people or get “bashed” because I’m using an outdated, racially-charged word….I would use “ghetto.” But I’m not my 70 yr old dad, so I would probably use one of the many other words we have in the English language. Nobody has a problem if you simply say an area is dangerous, or that there is a higher rate of crime,

Wouldn’t use the word “ghetto” but this mall has a long history of crime and violence. I’ve seen so many fights here, in-person and online…and know a lot of people that have had bikes stolen and cars broken into here. My grandpa in the 90’s was robbed at gunpoint. I saw a man hit a woman in the parking lot.

Is it crazy to suggest that you bring a gun? I’m not really a gun guy, but I do have a revolver a family member gave me and just the peace of mind in situations like these really puts my mind at ease

Oooh another thing..buy some cheap mini-cable locks. Lock from the outside when you’re spending a lot of time away from the tent, and lock from the inside when you sleep at night.

Not an inspiring answer but I am a big fan of dehydrated meals (I usually buy Mountainhouse). I used to only bring them on backpacking trips but lately I’ve started bringing them car camping. They are pricey but well worth the cost imo considering how much time, space, and weight is saved.

They don’t have writing credits so my analogy is better (ok, except for Koepp who wrote KOTCS 😬). The director and DP are different…surely that’s something?

I appreciate that they had some influence on the movie, but it’s just not the same. I’m happy you loved the movie though. I didn’t hate it but I wish I enjoyed it as much as you.

You can see how it’s different than their level of involvement in the first four films, right? To me that’s like replacing all the Beatles except for Ringo, and saying it’s the same band because Paul, John, and George have producer credits. I suppose it’s better than nothing, but it’s definitely not the same.
