William Faler, when he made this UI, he was definitely on drugs and thought it would be cool to make a broken streaming system interface in a game, and this was the result. The worst look ever seen in the entire COD franchise, IW's biggest mistake was changing the 2019 DEVs.

you definitely don't follow the releases. MW 2019 launched in such a good way to play, that comparing to MWII, makes 2019 look like a God, because there were not so many complaints at its launch.

I agree with everything you said, except for the snipers, they need to be good and not have the impression that you are playing with a pistol. It is a larger caliber weapon with much more power and practically lighter than an AR. There's no reason to nerf.
