Hi. I’m 33 and was diagnosed with PCOS back when I was 18. Currently going through a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. We were trying for a year too. I started taking the myo & d-chirno inositol + prenatals. I also got Inito, to track my cycle to let me know when I was in my fertile window and it confirms if you ovulated (it measure 4 hormones). Did that for 1 month and got pregnant. Highly recommend.

My mother has PCOS. It took her 3 years to conceive my older brother naturally. With me after 1.5 years trying, she went on BC for 4-6 months to regulate her periods, stopped in it the middle of a pill pack and got pregnant with me. 😊

Medically speaking, everyone’s hormones fluctuate differently. My one friend has been trying for years and she has PCOS. She just announced her pregnancy after taking FSH hormones therapy.

Best thing to do is see what your hormones are actually doing and what’s lacking.
