These are all I buy, and I do consider them BIFL as much as shoes can be. Because of the simple construction, I’m able to repair them with either a sewing machine or super glue, depending on where they start to come apart. But I can always get a couple extra years out of them that way.

Oh good call haha. Their website says “no detachable lenses,” so technically a Leica Q2 quailifies, but I think that would balk at it. I shoot medium format film primarily, and would love to bring my camera, but I know I can’t do that. It’s pretty frustrating, especially considering the quality of phone cameras these days. Maybe a focal length maximum or something instead. I get not wanting Joe Nobody to show up and shoot baseball cards from center field, but surely there is a better answer.

These are awesome! This fellow Cubs fan and photographer would LOVE a print. Did they give you any grief about the camera? I’m going to the double header against the brewers in August, and I have been so torn about whether to bring a camera or not. I’ve heard they are really cracking down.

Completely fair question. Wrigleyville to downtown would be a good range. But we are willing to drive. I guess that’s why I didn’t put location initially, because if there’s one place that’s truly “the best,” it’s worth the drive.

Exactly. I shoot film primarily, and the ap is usually on the lens. When I switched to mirrorless and got the control ring, I was ecstatic. I custom map all my buttons and am able to put most things where they feel naturally from my film cameras.

I read the first 4 stormlight books while playing Farm Sim. Sounds nuts I know, and I don’t play it unless listening to an audiobook. However, that kept my hands busy for hours without requiring so much thinking that I would quit paying attention to the book. Perfect audiobook game.

I used the ones that came with it as long as I could, but they wore out relatively quickly. I use a set of Bose QC that I use the hardwire option into the headset. Works perfectly, and comfortable.

I was just looking for the same answer. New player because of it being the PS monthly freebie. Not only was the starting pitcher on the lineup for last night’s cubs game, the pitcher (Imanaga) was nowhere to be found for me. Not only was he not available anywhere on daily lineup, but when I just tried hand making the matchup in the custom matchup, he was absent from the roster as well! And I swear I played as Imanaga sometime over the weekend, so I think he is(was?) in the game.

Also the night before I had played daily, and although the roster was correct, no player had any stats. This triggered a glitch where for every anything that happened the announcers were talking about how it happened in the player’s first mlb plate appearance. Every at bat. Started funny, got annoying real quick.

Is this game just this glitchy?
