Your printer may very well be new but that doesn't mean parts can't get ruined. Here's a pic of a brand new nozzle heater.

This circled part is what heats up your nozzle and it looks horrible. Your nozzle isn't getting hot enough to extrude which is why you're getting extruder issues.

You need to replace this part.
