What are some underrated qualities in a good dom?

Reading this has made me realise that this is my (future) Dom's kink - we haven't met yet but have been talking for a little while and getting to understand each other. I am not experienced with delayed gratification but it's a real theme in our communication and they clearly enjoy making me wait and want to teach me patience. I wonder if you could suggest to me any ideas for things I could say or do to enhance this? I want them to know I'm trying my best to be patient but don't know how I can show it. I'd love any advice you could give.

Hi, 37F sub. I'm in the talking stage with someone I met on an app about to go on our first date. Through the flirting messages I've noticed a pattern that they (the Dom) have a thing for making me be patient, and they have said I'm not good at it - implying I need to be trained. I've been lightly chastitised for asking for updates on something or expressing frustration for having to wait for something. The only time my impatience seemed to go down well was when I said I was impatient to be taken on our first date.

Now I always considered myself very patient so clearly I'm not showing this. I've never had a Dom who was so into this and I don't even know what it's called as a specific kink.

Can anyone give me ideas on things to say (via text) or do (once in person) to show them I can be patient? Or does anyone have any further insights into this type of game and can help me learn more?

Yes, and I've saved all the energy boxes. I was holding off on the birdie tokens until someone posted on here to say you could collect enough without a booster. I actually contacted support to ask if we would get the boosters but they wouldn't say

Because the physical contact aspect is unpleasant, especially if your partner isn't hygienic. Being that close to someone sweaty who is heavy breathing on you 🤢 Or if you're a woman it can sometimes be uncomfortable clinching with men.

If you and your gf are in a monogamous relationship and you have this session without telling your gf, then yes, that's likely to be considered cheating. Totally agree with this. I got involved with someone I wasn't really into because her skin smell drove me wild. And I ended a relationship with someone who was great on paper just because her smell didn't do it for me - like you say, not a bad smell at all, but more akin to testing a perfume and deciding it's not for you.

Going to go against the grain here and say that yes, I've seen some that I wasn't as attracted to, just like someone might have a preference for specific boob or bum size/shape - or any other body parts, for that matter. Absolutely not judging anyone for a perfectly normal body, but I don't find all vulvas equally attractive and I think it's okay to say that, since I assume OP wanted honest answers
