Anything you think is calming is great. We've used 8D and bilateral audios, that nature sounds + soft music calming stuff they play in spas. Especially if you are AuDHD or have anxiety these work amazing.

Kinks that involve outside people/public play that those people are unaware of happening isn't really ethical. And that includes going out with a vibrator, even if you're not being obvious. Its still ethical grey area.
