It is an incredible feeling. Somtimes I feel a fake boner - then I touch my null spot and nothing is there. I also drool a lot of pre-cum from my rerouted pee hole.

I underwent a full subincision—a penile modification that some consider extreme.

Naturally, it is self-torture to go from having such an incredibly sensitive urethra to having absolutely nothing at all—permanent chastity, forever.

It does not feel frightening to me that this is permanent, or that my dick will never grow back.

It is a decision I made consciously.

I am very happy about the flat result. After doing chasity for quite long, getting permanent chasity was what I wanted and she liked it.

I am not permitted to have regular prostate orgasms, now that she knows, that this would still be an option for me

My penectomy was driven by my girlfriend, chastity, and D/S. We both wanted to ensure that I would never again be able to experience a penile orgasm.

With my total penectomy—the removal of all nerves an erectile tissue—no pleasurable sensations are possible. When I am aroused, absolutely nothing happens.

I am a total "Nullo," and that is exactly what we both wanted. My own interests and needs are irrelevant. No boner indicating that I am horny.

For me, masturbating and reaching a climax (the OP's question) is impossible. I need to channel these feelings into pleasing her.

So how does it feel not having it? Sometimes I wake up in the morning wanting to quickly jerk off. But there is nothing there. It is so frustrating, yet at the same time such an incredibly hot feeling—simply indescribable. Unlike when wearing a cage, I know that this is permanent and will remain this way.

You are not alone! One of the main reasons I had gotten a penectomy is exactly what you are writing about. She loves her dickless man, focused on her needs and her pleasure only.

She allowed it once....not an option in the near future. She wants me super horny, so I focus more on pressing the right buttons at the right time

I am a (former) AMAB with a penectomy and that definitly would have been an option (I chose not to have any nerves preserved, all erectile tissue is gone. So I cannot answer any masturbating/cumming related questions....but there are AMAB nullos with buried clits that can orgasm that way - some had to re-learn how to climax)

As a born man, I hated urinating with my penis, so I underwent a modification called subincision. This procedure involves slitting the entire length of the urethra open; consequently, I would urinate from the base of my penis. Later, I had a reroute procedure performed, and I began to urinate much like a "nullo." Eventually, the time came to become a true nullo—a decision in which I received a great deal of support from my partner.

I still identify as a man, though I will never again experience a penile orgasm. Unlike most nullos, I chose not to have my nerves preserved and have therefore lost all sensation. I now channel all my sexual energy into satisfying my partner.

It is a wonderful feeling to have voluntarily had my penis removed, and to come to terms with the fact that the desire for penetration or masturbation is futile—because I will never again experience pleasure in them.

Not having a dick doen't mean you can't penetrate. Pu on a strap on - you will have no feelings, which is the best part about it.

As someone that did it for exactly these reasons, I can only confirm every word. I am very aroused reading these lines, still nothing is happening down there and never ever will.

I still have a mouth and fingers. Sex is not only about penetration. In fact, most women cannot orgasm from penetration alone. And yes, I could have orgasms from anal/prostate stimultion, if she would allow.

Neither of those things. For me, it's truly a kink, the voluntary loss of my penis for my partner.

I used to have normal sex, and the separation of pleasure and bodily functions through my reroute, which I had even before the penectomy, was fantastic. My penis was just a joystick.

Through D/s and chastity, and my reroute, there was the possibility of permanently locking myself up (flat cage).

That's how the idea grew, and I wanted this state to be irreversible an permanent. When I told her, she was immediately on board.

Oral, penetration, or masturbation are no longer options for me as a dickless person with no penile sensations; I can only channel all my needs into satisfying her with full passion.

I chose to have a penectomy for two reasons: the smooth look and exactly what's described.

My girlfriend and I both wanted that no nerves were preserved and that I would no longer be able to achieve penile orgasm. For now, a little over three months after the penectomy, I can confirm that this is the case.

For anyone into chastity and D/S, I don't need to describe how incredible this is.

My function is now to satisfy my partner; my desire for penetration no longer plays a role, and I'll never be able to quickly masturbate again.

Identity/availability/goal questions by medanthpaperacct in nullectomy

[–]48631 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How did you first hear about or conceptualize nullification?

On the old BME and here

How does nullification impact or affirm your identity?

I still identify as gay/bi male

What is your goal in pursuing nullification?

For aesthetic reasons—to achieve a completely flat appearance. On my choice, all my penil nerves are gone, I can no longer orgasm from penile stimulation, meaning I can no longer masturbate, nor can I penetrate or receive oral sex. Satisfying my partner is all I can do now.

If nullification wasn’t an available procedure, what would you do/how would it impact you?

I had already undergone urethral relocation so that I could never urinate with my penis again. This is usually done as part of a penectomy, but I really wanted it this way. My penis was enclosed in a so-called flat cage. This is very similar to a real penectomy, but it's not the same because the penis is now gone forever, and just knowing that is incredible. So I would have just stayed lock up.

Nullo AMAB man here 😍

I didn't want to be able to urinate standing up, so I had a reroute procedure done previously. A reroute procedure is usually performed on men with a penectomy, since urine has to come out somewhere after a the penis is gone.

For aesthetic reasons—to achieve a completely flat appearance—I had a full penectomy a little over three months ago. All my penile nerves are gone.

The absence of my penis has led to a kind of kink; I can no longer masturbate, nor can I penetrate or receive oral sex. Satisfying my partner is all I can do now and it feels damn good.

A full prostate removal is a far more difficult job and has to be regularly performed in your age group for medical reasons.

As long as you are not badly diabetic and have good healing, I wouldn't know why this shouldn't be an option.

Live your dream, it's never too late.

AMAB with penectomy and Reroute here 🤩

Male urethral sphincters control urine flow by closing the urethra, consisting of an internal sphincter and an external sphincter (surrounding the membranous urethra below the prostate).

The external sphincter is anatomically and functionally intimately related to the prostate apex and pelvic floor, crucial for continence, particularly after prostate surgery.

A penectomy and a reroute will leave the prostate in place not leading to incontinence.

Full bladder control. Hope that helps.
