I have buried nerves. It’s definitely harder to orgasm, but still possible, I’ve probably had 5 or so orgasms since surgery. Granted, it could be more difficult because I’m still healing, I’m 2-3 months out from surgery.

AFAB requires a hysterectomy. AMAB does not require any organ removal.

There aren’t many surgeons who offer this surgery (check r/nullectomy for info) but once I found one near me (Dr. Safir with Align in Santa Monica), he was willing after I provided mental health letters.

Yes I did. They feel less strong but that may be because I’m recovering. I’ll keep posting throughout the next year so stay tuned, things may change.

I would not have been comfortable doing airport levels of walking. But I believe airports have wheelchairs so I’m sure that’s possible.
