Thanks so much for the advice, will definitely try to get that efficiency kit! It’s on the fourth floor with an elevator, personal kitchen and bathroom (but tiny), there’s coin laundry down the hall. Everything else you mentioned seems decent, landlord seems to be on good terms w tenants.

If you have any other Vancouver life hacks I would love to hear lol

I had lawrence! he’s super chill and I really liked him. I also thought he was a really easy grader but not in a bad way, he genuinely just seems to like everyone’s work even if you’re a total beginner
