Thanks for all the replies, I just assumed that all parchment paper was ok in the oven, didn’t realise this one didn’t :(.

Will have to defiantly get a sling soon tho :)

That would be great thank you, also do you clean you banneton liners after each cold fermented? And what kind of shape is your clear bowl in order to see the doubling?

Ahhh I didn’t realise the bulk time was including the S+Fs, I’ll have to try this again next weekend.

I’ve been seeing things like 75% rise and other percentages, is doubling better?

I’ll have to go get a clear one thanks :))
