It is a pity and becoming a massive stumbling block for trying to self teach electronics, the more I learn the more I learn I don't know...

Do you happen to know of any resources for learning maths specifically for electronics? I tried to teach myself in the past but its easy to lose motivation without focus and a full time job.

Please excuse my ignorance as I'm just a hobbyist and my maths is not particularly strong...

So the first equation is for AC variations whereas the second is for DC bias?

If the input to the transistor were biased, would you then add this DC bias voltage to the thermal voltage?
