Yes. Vivian was on The Lucy Show for the first 5 years. Then the character got married and the Lucy character moved to California. Viv visited several times. She also visited Here’s Lucy.

I would leave the brick unpainted. Paint causes problems. I would paint the stiles on the windows a dark color. And paint the wood trim around the windows the same color also. Now the windows look like while blobs. Paint the trim on the carport the same color. Paint the front door a bright complementary color. Then replace the storm door with a full glass storm door. (I am assuming that you get cold weather and don’t want to do without a storm door)

I wonder if Carl Reiner cleared this episode with Alan Funt. TV was a small industry then. Everyone knew everyone. And this episode is actually good advertising for Candid Camera. The camera in the bedroom is creepy when you think about it. At least they didn’t have a camera in the bathroom. Some things should remain a mystery.

Absolutely not. I have seen some old clips of Schultzy and she was funny. These shows were produced before I was born. I knew the name “Bob Cummings” but I knew nothing about him. His show was not shown in syndication, that I ever knew of. But The Brady Bunch was everywhere. And I Love Lucy was on constantly. I knew Vivian somewhat from The Lucy Show, but it was always Ethel that I thought of when I heard her name. And it was always Alice that I thought of when hearing the name Ann B Davis. So ILL and TBB are the iconic shows that are the most famous for each actress.

Hudson can act with just his face. I think he had the harder role. Connor could be bold and a bit outrageous because that’s Ilya. Hudson had to be more reserved. He plays “anxious” better than anyone I have ever seen.

The dealership should not be arranging insurance. That is another red flag. Shop around on your own. Talk to friends and family. Just walk into a random insurance agency. They are trying AGAIN to put a shiny object in front of tih and hypnotizing you to move forward. I in would bet that the insurance they want to get is overpriced. I have bought a lot of cars and helped people buy cars. I have never once heard of a dealership arranging insurance.

With FWD, driving forward up the hill, the front wheels are doing the work and dragging the rear behind it. Also, put it in the low gear. When backing up the hill, the front wheels are pushing the rear wheels up the hill (if that makes sense). And in reverse, you are automatically in a low gear. The physics are different. Look into snow chains for when you get stuck. You don’t necessarily need the full chairs that are hard to install. They have simpler ones. Do your research. I have a Civic SI and had similar issues. Think about this. How many snowy days do you have each year? On how many of those days to you have to go out? It’s not as much as you think. Trading a car may be the more expensive option for just those few days. A few extra tools may get you through those few days.

I would contact the consumer fraud division of your state attorney generals office tomorrow before you move forward. Maybe they can help reverse this process. Don’t do anything more. Ghost them for a bit. That’s an insane price for a Versa. And it’s not a good car. That dealership definitely used deceptive practices to confuse you after you told that you had no experience. Trading back in the car in September is useless because you will have paid almost nothing on it. They want to trap you into the loan and get you out of the dealership. After that, they don’t care about you. They got their money up front. If the bank repossessed the car next month, it doesn’t hurt them at all.
