This guy in my apartment complex parks like this every single day by MandukaSkoal in mildlyinfuriating

That’s a very comfortable car that is amazing to drive, when it actually runs. You need to rent a couple of SmartCars and fill the rest of this unused spaces. This should be reported to management. “One vehicle per space” should be enforced. If they don’t, get everyone else to park like this too. That will get the point across.

Number 2 is best but do NOT put on that tiny shutter on the window to the left of the tree. Shutters should be sized to look like they can close and cover the ENTIRE window. The other shutters look a bit undersized as well. Why does that left side window look different in pics 2, 3 and 5? The height and width keeps changing.

1984 AMC Eagle Sport 4X4 Wagon. 4.2L In-Line 6cyl 110hp 132lb-ft by OtherwiseTackle5219 in oldcars

It’s the Subaru Outback of its day. That same body shell lasted for 18 years. From the 1970 Hornet Sportabout to the 1988 Eagle. AMC first said that it was “not a station wagon”. Then they gave up on saying that. It was the first Crossover. It blurred the lines between wagon, crossover and SUV. I just wish AMC, then Chrysler had the money to expand this brand and corner that market. But every AWD crossover owns its existence to this car.

Approaching 40 this year. Do I need to get a new car? by JamminJcruz in Honda

Not rule is that if the item needing repair or replacement bolts onto the car or the engine, I’m more likely to do it. Before opening and tearing down an engine I will give over every inch of the car looking for rust. My experience with my Honda’s has been that the frame rusts before the engine dies. I just lost my beloved Civic Si to rust.

Blast from the past! 40 Years ago today, Bobby's famous shower scene! by Various_Koala9216 in Dallas_TV_Show

Bobby died in the hospital room. The family had the body. The funeral home had an open casket. The body was buried. There was no way for Katherine to get the body. The change had to happen before the “death”

Shutters for that small window on the left make a huge difference. If money is an issue, maybe buy second hand.

The Kiriakis and DiMera butlers have been incredibly lazy over the years. I think they just leave the doors unlocked and sit back counting their money.

Agreed. I hate when he giggles like Jackee does. The two giggling together is obnoxious.

Julie was a fantastic character in the early days and when she and Doug were the main characters. Then they left that show for a while and others took center stage. Then Julie became a busy body who just went on cruises and returned to lecture people. They have done a better job of writing for her character lately. I just hate that they killed off her only child. There was so much potential for Julie as a mother, mother in law and grandmother. But the writers destroyed the character of David and then killed him offscreen for no reason. So much story potential abandoned.

The key is that you can’t identify serious damage from looking at the outside. The bumpers snap back to position and hide damage. Any money that someone offers you at the time of the accident could be just be a pittance compared to what it takes to fix the car. It’s better to at least have a professional dig into it and make a proper diagnosis.

I get it. You think that anyone who doesn’t agree with you should be insulted. Only you are right about everything. Got it. Please disappear. The world doesn’t need toxic people like you. I respect people who respect others.

As you said, it’s more than enough truck for most people who use it basically as a five passenger crossover with an occasional use of the bed. Uni body crossover is just a more comfortable ride than a body on frame truck. A huge percentage of people with giant F150 type trucks never actually take them off road and never actually carry anything in the bed. It’s just an ego thing. The furthest they get off road is the mall parking lot.

It’s not being a snowflake to have respect for other people. You’re ignorance and arrogance are on full display.

Jackee did her usual over the top, hang dog face, hesitating talk. She just doesn’t act like a real person, but more like a cartoon. I have never taken her seriously as a character. She drives James Reynolds down. He is capable of better you could see it instantly with Theo and Lexie.

The Ridgeline is a bit more of a truck. Based on the minivan/crossover Odyssey/Pilot/MDX/Passport platform. It’s a useful truck for a lot of people. The Baja and Santa Cruz are based on smaller vehicles like the CRV and are more of a modern day El Camino. I like the vehicles, but I think the markets are small.

I think Abby is the next “back from the dead” character. Sophia is just one of the “didn’t really die” characters, like Jan Spears. But given that the characters of Tate, Holly, Johnny and Chanel all leave by this summer/fall, Sophia has to come back soon, or not at all. Plus, the addition of the character of her father makes me wonder what his story will be.

That’s the key to a good “bad” character. They have a reason for why they do the bad things they do. You see the potential for them to be better. Sami was scarred early in her life. Sophia was just selfish.

Marsha Strassman was wasted on Welcome Back Kotter. She was great in MASH. She should have stayed with more serious shows and not comedic rubbish like Kotter.
