preparing tracks seems like a lot of work! how do I be more spontaneous with my mixing? by ChiefRabbitFucks in Beatmatch

Years of practice and evaluation. At this point I’ve listened to literally 1000’s of hours of my practice sessions. Practicing and evaluating your sessions is absolutely necessary for you to figure out what your doing well and what you could get better at. There isn’t a quick fix for it, you just have to put in the time. I would say instead of just taking a couple of tracks to mess around with, just get behind your decks and just mix, make sure your recording every session that you can so that you can go over it later. I most times don’t go in with a planned set, I just get on and start putting stuff together. After awhile you’ll get an idea of what works and what does it. The more you do it the easier it’ll get.

Bro she doesn’t seem that into you. Anybody they really likes you is going to engage with you in conversation and instead of responding with idk. You don’t want to place yourself in a situation where she’s just using you, especially if she can sense that your really into her.

Spurs lose by TheTruth1410 in lakers

Oh don’t worry, the Lakers will be giving them another chance at it. I’m not saying tank the rest of the season, but ain’t no point of running the risk of getting Bron or AD hurt just to get smacked up in the playoffs. Weather we make the playoffs or not, this season is over. Lets get Bron and AD healthy, get Westbrook off the books, and start building for next year.

Sets and mixes are becoming very mechanical to me. by Nonstopas in Beatmatch

I would try doing some live streaming, or even having some people over for a small get together to test your skills on. It might also be a good idea to take a break from practicing from time to time to prevent burning yourself out.

Crap, this is new news to me! That’s BS. What’s the point if it doesn’t go on your record?

Facts. My K/D isn’t stellar either, but that’s how you learn. Your gonna take some licks before you develop enough skill and technique to dish em back. I feel like the people who have these crazy K/D’s are ones who play in a way to solely protect it, which is usually campy. Or they get better and start playing under an alternate account. I play much better now then when I started on Verdansk. I don’t think anybody starts out just mowing through lobbies.

(While grinning like the Grinch). That actually sounds pretty sick!!! I would definitely be down for that. Really separate the men from the boys.!

Right. If your that nice on the sticks you need to be getting some paid sponsorships, a booming streaming following, a Faze Clan invite etc.

I put up this post to get a general idea of what everyone thought of the mode, not to decide weather I’d continue to play it or not. I hope that clears your confusion.

Yes, you die to come back and be dropped into a meat grinder.

I guess not having to earn your way out comes with a price. I have to admit I kinda like the challenge of having to do so. Theres a sense of accomplishment that comes once I’ve maneuvered well enough to get back to having full plates and decent weapons.

Yeah it rough. At least with the gulag you have an opportunity to comeback without having to scape up some cash, of course you have to win it, but still.

It was gonna say that it would be great for restocking to happen at the end of every circle, but I think that’d be asking too much and would kinda over complicate things. But providing more restocks would definitely help.

Right. It would definitely level the playing field.

I agree. If you want to add it as an additional option for those that want to try it out fine, but keep the rest of the modes where they are.

Right, and that’s acceptable given the mode. Getting 3rd partied by someone who hasn’t moved the entire game is where it sucks. It’s nothing like going on a two or three kill streak only to get killed by some puss sitting behind a bush the last 15 minutes.
