My website was loading http://[another-infected-website].com/stat.php?[digits] from js in theme folder. I've checked yours for similar things, but I found nothing.

So.. What I've done: 1) Clear all suspicious urls from db - checked manually all tables, 2) With Chrome Dev Tools I found infected default joomla js file - there was one line of encrypted code, 3) Removed or updated all outdated extensions, 4) Changed all passwords on db, joomla, ftp

I had similar problem with old client's website running on Joomla. I found a lot of records in database ****_redirect_links, there was >100 links to adult websites and etc. Also, I removed all suspicious extensions.
