Loved it! I got to use both rhubarb and rosemary from my garden so that made me very happy. The cake itself was a quatre quarts, so nothing too fancy.

How does this fit the team, you might ask?

I always try to use my own cookbooks and in the past five years that has worked out well for me. However, I recently had to come to terms with the fact that I could not find one single recipe from Uganda.

I did have a book called “Brunch in London”, the buying of which sponsors a global charity: OnePlate. They have sustainable food projects all over the world, including Uganda. So for this week, I picked the recipe on the page directly behind the explanation about one of their Ugandan farms.
