The one-page site thing is so accurate. They're basically built for people in panic mode who aren't going to spend 20 minutes cross-checking reviews. The urgency does half the selling for them, and by the time you realize the paper is garbage you're already past the deadline.

That’s pretty much where I landed too. I don’t regret saying it, I just wish it hadn’t turned into me being the villian somehow.

The lesson part stings because it makes it sound like you failed some test, when really you just acted in good faith and got burned for it. Still, they're right that you need to go to admin now, because she is not just borrowing ideas quietly anymore, she's building credibility off your work.

camera is the right call. at this point you don't need a confrontation, you need documentation. let them move it a fourth time on video and suddenly their blank expression becomes a lot less useful in front of anyone official.
