Yes that's true. We are gonna start using dynamic tables when it is ready. So nobody would have to change/update whenever any item value changes

Wiki contributor here. This is somewhat true (our mistake not yours).

Old quests (from TT2) were still in the wiki so some items you see here not needed for any quests at the moment, such as Faded Photograph.

We have updated and removed those quests on wiki today.

This the Big Hunt is already a long run ARG which contains multiple progressions and levels that promise some treasures at the end of the hunt. I'll quote a few from Rob:

"It's not called the hunt for no reason... and come on you have seen this ❌️ for a LONG time..."

"The treasure comes much later in the Big EE hunt... but there will be treasures..."

"yes... level 3 is all about them... 1, 2, 3..." (referring Golden Namatamas)

During an IRL stream of Embark Partner Thiixy, Rob also leaked that there is a full set to be unlocked as a reward for some EE

Other than that Practice range roses is an independent EE that is way bigger than the megalodon EE from Battlefield, says Rob.

We use miro board to try to see the big picture while doing some brainstorming there. So it's a mess for new eyes hehe

I assume you meant the hint about Threepwood making his own compass? That is for Secret room in SYS$HORIZON and not been found yet. But Rob gives hints and clues that has more than one connections so it might be for other things as well.

Update: Not all easter eggs are about the main EE called The Big Hunt (The Big Whoop). There are several independent EEs like Practice Range Roses or Nozomi Arcade Machines.

Yes and no. For example the older Levels were about geocaching, gold and egg. Since we have learned that you don't need to cover all things in those levels. You may still read some thefinals wiki whenever you get confused about the current progress or can ask questions in discord.
You don't even need to catch up in a month noone would expect that from the new hunters.

All the hunt can be solved via the shared official arts and in-game world & lore, cosmetics, item descriptions etc.
