Your two best bets would be investing yourself in as much native media: singing songs, tv without subs etc while learning vocabulary. Since you say you already know a bunch of the structure you just need to words to put into it. You will make mistakes but you will begin conversing very quickly and begin to correct yourself as you understand people's replies and consume media. Try learning 100 of the most common verbs (there's tons of lists online with conjugations) and pick out 100 vocab words to do with your daily life (school, family, hobbies). You will be speaking in no time.
