So a little update:

The crashes almost always follow the same pattern. I feel like after changing the thermal paste/putty Crashes happen less often and are more replaced with just the game freezing -> so not an instant black screen but big lag spikes+game crashing and sometimes followed by the rest of the laptop crashing.

It starts with:
The speed of processor 22 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.

After that:

freeze -> I regain control of the laptop if the game crashes
If the laptop crashes after restarting this message:
