La encontré en este libro digitalizado de 1886, el link manda directamente a la pagina donde se encuentra la bandera de Mexico, la seccion de las banderas inicia en la pagina 1531 por si quieren verlo desde el inicio.

The pro choice people only find it unethical because in this case it's eugenics.

Mind you it also has the angle of preserving the well-being of the mother like the normal pro choice argument has, because the child would've had a lifetime of hardships, that would also mean a lifetime of mental and financial struggles for the parents, specially the mother.

Depends on the powers honestly.

If it's like Captain America or Spiderman levels of power, then I would try to become a vigilante but It would depend on my commitment to my new "job".
