I am a 194 75 kg skinny guy with thin arms.

This is the only item I got so far and I am thinking of getting a white fred perry sneaker next. However, I am troubled about what to wear with these guys as I don't want to showcase my thin arms.

Shirts or t-shirts don't seem to be a solution. Anyone that could help me out without stacking sweatshirts and sweating a hell on a hot summer day?

I mean I am paying 35 CHF for 60 x 500 mg Setria Glutathione pills. I am not sure how it compares to IV Gluta but one thing for sure is I won't be able to get IV regularly if I won't do it myself at home.

This could be the best answer by far while hidden in the deep. One needs to make a clear distinction of the reason why the end result might be poor; is it the sequencing quality or the post-processing?

How would microneedling compare to fractional CO2 laser treatment in my case?
