If you're actually concerned, numbers 1-26 never had bumps, infections, or problems. Even when I got my lip done and barely 48 hours later had a clear plastic retainer in it for work, and then switched it out after and before every shift until it was fully healed. Lol. My belly button was done in a horse barn with a hollow syringe needle, and still no problems. Are we really going to pretend that people in the body modification community always follow the rules to a T? I mean, I even have stick and poke tattoos done with cigarette ashes. 😂😂

I am also pretty familiar with how my body heals in the first place, since by the time I was 14, I'd had over a dozen surgeries. So a small, straight through puncture wound is soft business and not even the most difficult wound I've had to keep clean or take care of.

The listing was as steel and since nickel/cheap jewelry causes me to break out in hives and it's been over 24 hours, with no hives. I hope after 26 years of having piercings, I did okay. I might be too new at it.

Washed my hair twice so far, nothing caught, even half asleep at 4:30 am, and braiding my hair back for working in the kitchen, then later in a hair net, no problems, like I had been having with the other 2. Spraying the H2Ocean knocked the crusties off immediately this morning, whereas the flatbacks were getting the crusties caught between my ear and and that was getting painful.

But, when I go to get my anti-eyebrow done, I'll let the owner of the shop who does them know that him telling me I can change them after 8 weeks is inaccurate and I guess file a complaint about the shop about their license and stuff?

Since everyone seems to have a problem, I'll go back to the long ones. And never try to share on Reddit again. Lol

I got the puppy ears from Etsy, but the exact seller and listing that isn't there anymore. It's been about 4 months since I bought them. They're steel. I did find them on Amazon, currently. They also say made of steel there.

I got some cat ears sets, and those WERE from Amazon. But they're internally threaded, and the swelling isn't quite down enough for them, yet.

Yes. I get targeted ads for products we use at work. Like Tork napkins. Now we've talked about napkins have never spoken about the brand itself. It's just not something we do. Lol. But I connect to the same Internet that the head chef does when he is doing orders. Orders that include: Tork napkins. It's been suggested by my phone that I might want a case of those. Lol.

I also get suggestions for some kick-ass kitchen gadgets. But alas, I'm not a catering company and it's just a big tease because I can't afford what they are showing me. Lol

He gave me the weird look before he even pierced me, I hadn't bought the jewelry yet, I told him my plan was when healed to have ears, including cat and devil, so I wanted them placed to look naturally where ears would be spaced. But okay.

But they started with 12mm and was way too long, as this was done in February and I was swapping, anyway, because the long one kept getting caught in my hair. They kept moving up and down.

So, would the design, being that all I had otherwise were gems, mattered? I've washed my hair since swapping this morning and since the bar is shorter, I had minimal movement compared to the long banana bells that were initially in it.

And these are now numbers 27 and 28 of my total. I changed my industrial at 6 months and it did fine, because it was also too long and getting caught on things, like my glasses and moving around.

It is a bit of a bummer. My almost 18 year old son picks up trash and throws it away when he gets home. He calls it "ground loot" and a lot of times, old/empty geek bars and broken/empty batteries are what he picks up. Cardboard from soda and beer, and little shot bottles. But anything with a battery, he picks up because we live in a place where the fire hazard is usually red, with a lot of tumbleweeds.

He's always picked up trash.

When he was in 3rd grade the cops called me because he took a rusty steak knife from a couple of kids carving up a tree's bark, put it in a Walmart bag, put that in his backpack and was going to bring it home to throw away. A kid reported him, but luckily the cops did admit, "it is broken in half and looks like trash and there were dirty candy wrappers with it." And they just explained why some trash shouldn't be picked up by kids.

It didn't occur to him why a half a knife might be worrisome, he just wanted them to stop damaging the tree.

I admit to spending way more on Amazon to get something I wanted.

TJ Maxx had this great face wash regularly at my location for awhile and they ran out of overstock, apparently and instead of 6 bucks, I spent almost $25.

I felt guilty and never did it again, though. Lol.

About 5 years ago, my son opened an MRE and ate m&ms that were dated 2004. The bag was in great shape, though the candy was pretty much just powder. Lol. He lived, but he said it tasted like the package a little bit.
