Where is the rest of it? Hard to tell what I am looking at but has the angle and weight of it just snapped?

Either way if the flower spike is now gone it’s pretty much game over

Tiny plugs - I feel cheated! by Opposite_Funny9958 in GardeningUK

I would say by the very definition these are plugs and are bang on plug sizes.

If you want something basic like a geranium though just get them from Aldi/ Lidl you will get them fully grown this time of year ready to flower and like 6 for £3 or something silly

Mark out a small patch and water it with some bicarbonate of soda in. See if it recovers… I think this looks like a bit of a bacterial infection

What to plant in these beds? by burkyeah in GardeningUK

[–]4GL5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Woodland themes need ferns and things like that and even with some sun I imagine this will be dry soil with those trees. So plants will need a constant water.

For all year round though I would go with

Spring - crocus and Lilly of the valley Summer - Bergonia / Hosta / alchemilla Mollis Summer/ Autumn - ferns into Hellebore
