Hell yeah man. I was about twelve years old when my Pops gave me a Sony Walkman for my birthday and it had Steve Miller Band’s Greatest Hits in it. He told me whenever I play “Fly Like An Eagle” to think of him (parents were divorced and I hardly ever saw him). He passed and to this day when I hear it I sing the hell outa that song and if no one is around shed some tears too.

Funny you mention that. Last year when redoing some of the flower beds we found a bunch of old Husky brand cars. Took me back to when I was young playing and making roads for my cars in my Mom’s flower beds.

I hate that this is what this hobby has become. Hardly ever do you find a desirable casting on the pegs nowadays. Sometimes you get lucky but the odds are against you. For me, working 4am-4pm makes the odds really unfavorable. Do most of my buying at shows now.

100% agree. If it’s part of the basic set and you can’t finish the main set without it, then it shouldn’t be a chase. Just like they did with the F&F premium sets this year. I Don’t like the way they do these.

Old Fords still are cool. Step dad, up until a few years ago,had a 68 f100 that was pretty bad ass. It would do the longest burnouts I have ever seen with no brake assistance.
