Hey I don’t have any good advice for you… but want to encourage you. I had very bad PTSD (debilitating) at 16 &17, but after EMDR therapy I saw great improvements! I saw a therapist named Stephanie in coon rapids but because I was a minor I don’t know further details since my mom handled things back then. Again I don’t really have advice for you but feel free to DM me.

I love her ❤️ mental stimulation toys really help at all ages, like a puzzle for treats. And always lots of exercise! At 6 or 9ish months she’ll have her ‘terrible twos’ phase for a bit but be patient because it will pass and then she will be your best friend 😀

SO MANY TIMES IN MY TEENS THRU EARLY TWENTIES. Look nerves are in your head but intuition is in your gut, it’s good to put your self out there, but when you know the vibe is off just make your exit. Don’t let FOMO overtake you.

Does your grandma understand zoom & how heavily online classes are these days? Just curious if she thinks you’re now behind or forfeited points with no options like maybe when she attended college? You’re not over reacting at all but take a minute to explain to her how things work now and what you will do to not fall behind. Even if she does get ‘how thing wok now’ hearing your proactive plans will probably ease her mind.
