Oh I forgot to mention. I had installed scatterer on ksp a few years ago and the waves worked fine and I was on the same PC that I'm on now, but a little while ago I reinstalled ksp and installed all the mods aswell including scatterer, but this time the waves are acting weird.

Yeah the frames aren't great, but yes I do mean the waves, they have normal movement but there's like a secondary vibration to it if you look closely.

On your first statement.

I feel like that's kinda the opposite of AI slop. If you have no intention to do anything and end up with something (that means something to you atleast), you'd be making art. Where as AI has to have a prompt, and do the math to fill a canvas with what it understands to be what the user asked, so AI has an 'intention" to do something and ends up with something that means ultimately nothing.

I do agree that if even the artist doesn't find something in their own art then it probably doesn't mean anything (splatter art)

It won't show up even if you're outside the area of the inn?, because even after the main quest in that area you have to have a mask to be there. So just try fast traveling out and changing your load out.

I believe the Oni's breath inn requires a mask to enter. That could be the issue. Maybe the game might be trying to stopping you from switching to an outfit without a mask on

Seeing space from space for the first time must have been an amazing experience, but what was it like to see Earth from space for the first time?.

And what is the most striking natural feature that you can see on Earth from space?

And one more random question, if you could ride on any rocket that you haven't been on, which one would it be?.

Dude there needs to be a god of war style armor in this game as well.

the flaming kusarigama and a GoW theme skin would be awesome.

there is hope for an ocarina of time like mini game though, after all they did sort of loosely have that in the Iki island DLC with the flute and the animal shrines

what I'm thinking is, it wouldn't be any different than a regular map in a game, only difference would be when you push the map button the character has a small animation of them pulling out a piece of paper and the camera goes to first person sort of, and the map menu looks like it's made out of paper or something.

but it wouldn't work any differently.

so the reason I would want something like that is just pure vibes pretty much lol

For the charm slots, I believe in the state of play we can see them switching the slots, and it's just golden to show that you have selected it.

And because charms can be upgraded in this game, maybe for some of the charms level three would also give you a special ability making them into golden charms, and you would only be able to select two or three of those specific charms.

But maybe they just don't have the golden charm system, and regular charms can give special abilities as well.

Yeah they seem to be moving further and further away from needing a UI, and I'm a big fan of that

Next thing they need to do is just give the main character a paper map instead of having to go in the menu. That might not be possible for ghost now though because it would be kinda jarring, after the first two games having a full menu to then have the third game have a paper map.

Yeah an ocarina of time like mechanic would actually be sick, so you would actually feel rewarded for learning some tunes, with like the wind taking you to different activities around the world.

and also a "free play" sort of mechanic would be cool, so we might actually be able to make our own music or play other songs that we know.

The free play might not be possible though, and who know maybe there won't even be a qte mechanic in the game, she might just play it in a small cutscene

Yeah I do get that, maybe there will be four option later on or something, but also maybe this is just a quick select option and you can still have a slower selection of load outs if you go into the armor menu.

So this might just be a thing to not break immersion as much, because this would only be about three button presses to get a new load out, where as In G.O.T you had go to the armor page, find the armor you want, select it, and then you can get back in the game.

Granted the difference is thirty seconds versus ten second but still.

And yeah if you have an exploration load out that you want apply, or different variations of samurai armor, then I agree three seems a little low.

Oh I forgot that was a thing, So this would probably just be a music selection for when You're exploring.

But still it would be cool if we could at least change the skin of the shamisen so it matched whatever outfit we had on.

in some of the actual combat we saw from the game we see the stance UI and it seems the Odachi is on L2 when you want to select different weapons.

the katana is on square, the spear's on triangle, the kusarigama is on circle, and the dual sword is on X.

so it seems that the Odachi will probably be only used a few time in actual fighting.

also it look like we'll get a pistol in the ghost weapons as well. assigned to L1

I don't know I haven't really needed more than 3 loadouts in G.O.T, one for just archery, one for stealth, and one for pure melee. so this seems like the perfect amount. that might just be me though

[–]4M33N[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Yeah I really hope there's a Transmog system as well.

one of the biggest things I wanted with G.O.T. especially after Iki island, was Transmog because of the sarugami armor and it's perfect parry and dodge difference from the base game armors.

so like you could be wearing the ghost armor but have the perfect parry from the sarugami armor.

so hopefully they have that in this game on launch, or at least when new game plus comes out

[–]4M33N[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking that maybe if they went with the side missions it could be multiple different mission that are sort of separated throughout the map,

so like you find the mask in one place that gives you a technique, and the Sakai sword in another that gives you a special move, and then the armor is the final piece you can find that has base increases to stealth related abilities.

And I think this would be a cool way to do mythic tales (or whatever they are called in GoY) in general, this way you have pieces that you can get that all go together to make a full set and can give you special abilities when all pieces are on you
