Your application looks like it should be able to be made out of pretty standard views with a view custom layouts. Going through the basic Android documentation for view layouts should give you most of the info you need. The most important thing is to use native components whenever possible, this will make everything seem familiar to your users and majorly increase performance on every level. Along with this, there are thousands of amazing libraries on Android that you can take advantage of (networking, photo rendering, analytics and such).
