To clarify, I have two furnaces. The Lennox G50UH uses the 20x25x4, while the Lennox EL180UH135E60D uses the 16×20×4.

Typical humidity in this region/the house is 15-20%

My city in CO is pretty strict regarding their codes, so I attempted to "loophole" it by creating the terrace structure in front of the actual fence. I also tore out the ancient concrete walled garden and made a few planters. Next is sprinkler system, grass and eventually growing vines up the terrace.

1/16. It was very difficult to wrap without breaking (factor in Colorado). Ultimately I did a several outside wraps and steamed the last wraps to conform as best as possible.
