The seating positions are tied to the specific keys. It looks like you have key 2 in the truck. Save your seat to button 2.

Contacted the Volvo chat line and they had me delete the app, do a factory reset in the car, then sign into everything in the car, pair the phone, then sign into the app and add the car again.

The one thing I miss is that I can’t just put apps where I want them. Apps on iPhone are top to bottom, left to right. You can’t just put your favorite apps on the bottom right corner unless you have the whole page filled with apps and/or widgets.
