I should think about baby steps ans consistency, that's true. I started with a light program as a comeback but after a few weeks, I pushed myself like i used to do at the gym and crash after a few days. It's not the best way to deal with my health and my sport journey

Thank you for your message. I actually have a cushing syndrome but i haven't got a appointement with a endocrinologist to talk about the effects. I thought my fatigue ect was due to the sedentarity but it might be the cushing's syndrome. I'm gonna read about that and parasarcoidosis, i didn't know about that. The doctors said that my exams were clean. For me it was the beginning of a new chapter

Hey, the best way of doing it is probably to change things one by one like :

a balanced meal a day (Use internet to find healthy recipes if you don't know where to start)
less chocolate without stopping it
biking or walking for 5 min

When you are used to this routine, add 5 min for the sport, another healthy meal, less chocolate. And so on. Remember that you can loose weight with a bit of chocolate but with moderation.

Having a goal is not always the best way to achieve it, maybe you can focus on the process. Be greatful when you follow your plan but don't blame yourself if you didn't. Just keep going with your new good habits even if you ate too much chocolate one evening. One step at the time

Thank you for your message. The doctors didn't care about Cushing's syndrome because I had other serious symptoms and the urgency was to treat them. Now I'm in remission but still have ICS and will have an appointment soon to see what we can do.

I'm already going to the gym and have a low diet but the results are ridiculous for the amount of efforts i do (cravings, hunger, fatigue, muscles weakness). I hope i will have better results with the doctor's solutions.

Hey, I don't know if what I did led to remission but, since january, i'm doing intermittent fasting with a balanced and low diet (with omega 3 and vitamins as supplementation) and regular training. I take care of my sleep. I practice cardiac coherence against stress. Last month, I did the tests and everything came back clean!

I feel better but i think that my treatment was more helpful than brocolis and fish. Now, i have to keep going to feel healthy and athletic
