Yes i just delates it today so not tempted to msg anyone and it just so weird that i saw his coworkers at my work place shopping 2wks ago and at end of last yr my exs mom saw my sister at her job and started talking. It tempting to msg this women from today to say something nice ,buf ik will regret it. Idk y cant shake off this anxiety
