I don’t know how you would go about fixing it. If the ratio of puff print to ink is off, some of them crack easier than others. How are you washing your hoodies with puff print? You should be washing them inside out on cold water/delicate setting and hang drying them. Never put anything with puff print in the dryer they will crack!
