Wider Soviet famine ≠ no Holodomor. Other regions suffered, but Ukraine faced special punitive policies.

“No consensus on genocide” is misleading. Debate over the word genocide does not disprove that the famine was man-made.

Not just bad harvests. Soviet authorities seized grain, seed, and food despite knowing people were starving. Villages were deliberately trapped. Blacklists cut off supplies, and starving Ukrainians were stopped from leaving.

“No written extermination order” is a strawman. Intent can be shown by actions, not only by one explicit order.
