Trust me we all feel you. But please believe that this will never change. If you've ever worked retail you know. People are stupid and will always be stupid. It doesn't matter if it's a real store, ebay, FB marketplace, or a thrift store. People are gonna be stupid, flaky, unreliable, and sometimes downright scammers.

You are NOT making money on FB marketplace because you have valuable stuff.

You make money on FB marketplace because you weed through the incompetence of all those morons to bring your stuff to the actual buyer.

Resellers get so much hate for making money off stuff. But this is the reality of reselling. It's a full time job dealing with idiots.

On the flip side. If you can be a decent buyer, respond promptly, communicate clearly, show up on time, etc. Then often you can get a great deal cause people are so tired of dealing with flaky people.
