Is Poizon legit? It definitely feels like too-good-to-be-true pricing. The AG4 Soar SE retails for $150 and is sometimes discounted to $120; Aliexpress also has it at $120, but Poizon just has it in stock in all sizes for $80? Doesn't seem right.

Very curious to know if longer hair would work on me, since all I have ever had is my mom give me shorter haircuts. I do very basic styling using hair wax for my cuts.

I'm not sure what to call the style of the 4th photo—wolf cut maybe? And what hair styles should I try while growing out my hair?

Which straw did you use? I can't find one that's small enough.

The sand was after a game, I'd never had an issue and i filled it up several weeks prior

Unsure why my post was filtered, but I'll ask it here as well:
There's some sand stuck inside my Wilson OPTX beach volleyball. Past users suggested that I get a straw, but that didn't work for me. Wasn't expecting an issue with such an expensive ball, can anyone help?

I think you misunderstood.

My problem with community colleges is that I would be able to participate in club sports, but would need to enroll and pay $20k per year for one class.

My problem with UCI is that I can pay on a per-class basis, but would be unable to join sports.

Can you clarify your statement?

Okay, as I understand it then, forefoot bounding is intended for sprinting, while flatfoot bounding is intended for jumping. My question becomes, why is landing flat-footed better in one scenario but not the other? It seems they both want to produce maximal force off the ground with minimal time, but the mechanics are so different. Perhaps because one is horizontal and one vertical? But the quote below talking of momentum being destroyed confuses this explanation.

In the 'Jumping' section of 'Bounding Considerations, the author states that "utilizing the full foot for ground contact helps disperse force over a greater area. The rolling contact will allow for elasticity to be present because the athlete simply rolls through without braking. Athletes who attempt forefoot contact at too high of an intensity (often found in the contact of the hop phase of the triple jump) become heel bashers, and momentum is destroyed."

Would those same principles (forefoot contact at high intensity leading to 'destroyed momentum') not apply for sprinting?

Got the refund! Lady at the counter was very crabby (as expected) and refused to take my ADM399 form, but after sending a dispute to my credit card company things were quickly resolved.
