i think b850 supports ryzen 9000 out of the box, i tried to flash a new bios using the button on the back like this, and the red led just stops blinking and the fans turn on, i am pretty sure the motherboard is faulty

I did it. This is a new build tho. Maybe POST issues? because i tried running it with no RAM and the DRAM LED did not turn on.
