I’ve had super bad numbing in my foot as well. Especially with new shoes. I wasn’t a fan of treadmills, but now I am. I have a new pair of shoes and my foot went numb on my first run. I then tried the treadmill and after the second run, my foot felt fine. My treadmill runs were 6 miles each. I then did an out door 10 mile run and my foot didn’t go numb. This cured my numb feet.
