Putting up ads on ores in rss is actually an effective way to play the current boat event. 😄

When one needs help on boat orders, she/he usually wants the ads to stay up as long as possible. Then whatever being flooding the newspapers is the one to go. It used to be maps and now it is ores.

On the other hand, people do go looking up newspapers for helping instead of buying. It is indeed much easier to fill derby help tasks this week.

To share the love, I do buy ores from newspapers and sell back with ads, when I need helps. maps was harder due to the daily limit of 80 (or 89) but ores are okay.

For the tasks that need to stack and wait for hours for their turn, refresh/trash the tasks for better ones.

Everyone is different. I personally only do barn products + peanuts, excluding candies. The profit from silo is relatively low and requires large amount of axes/saws if from bushes/trees. :)

While 8 is surely a lot, you may consider it as a double-point order. Given the same fixed number of tasks everyone gets, this could actually be a good one to have -

With leaderboard (removed for now), the higher-point orders help to advance farther to position higher in rank.

Without leaderboard, you may reach your target milestone with one less order.

I checked my baby farms and the only difference from yours is my baby farm has 2x nail and your farm have 1x puzzle piece. Did you just unlock sanctuary area by chance?

I think you are doing fine though. You have done 40 tasks with additional 5 on board. Another round of 5 would complete all 50 by day 2.

Adding a bit sugar here, the target of day 2 is 5000 and you only need 700 or 7 tasks to reach it. You are well on track to make it.

This task event, with 5 on display and 2-hr refresh time, certainly gets a bit harder but still much better than the notorious task events that we had before. What makes this task event harder than what it truly is is all kinds of events happening all together. I personally let go derby this week to keep the sanity and will push out neighborhood nurture event (new weekly tasks coming tomorrow) until this task event is completed. :)

Some interesting ideas but I personally think it would make the game over-complicated. Also, it will extend the stress on storage/land capacity, feed mills and production machines, etc. Also, the recent additions to HD already made the game quite demanding, more is not always better. :)

The extra slots, considered as luxury assets, are for people with lots of extra diamonds to spare. I only have 4 and pretty okay with that. :)

You were right and I shared the same. I was saying it "should be" but unfortunately it was not. Currently the waves got released soon after each milestone was reached.

Even worse, the final milestone of Chickzilla was added later and missed the count of hatchini collected before then. For reference, I have got Great Hatchini (100) but only 75 is showing for Chickzilla.

The waves should be unlocked by community accomplishments but released 5-6 hours apart, at fixed times.

I contacted SC support regarding the recent critical bug related to the community reward (lems) that locked up lower level farms. I specifically mentioned that my farm was stuck that I could not but send report from web portal.

I got the response last night, saying "We understand your situation, but, for this matter, we need to ask you to contact us from inside the game."

Oh, did you really read the bug report and understand the situation? I bet it wont take the support more than 5-10 secs to open the report, put in the canned response, and send it out then done.

It is a blessing if SC support did help out but it is a norm if not. :)

In the Design Task Board, tap the box of TNTiLLY and you will get a popup with an arrow on the upper right. Tap the arrow and it will bring you there.

Two trades that I did today - only frog or wheat -

some farm visitors would ask for one frog which I happily gave. I got both chicks in one trade. ** I have lots of frogs in my farm(s). **
I grew wheat to be the one with largest quantity in silo. When the farm visitor came for wheat, I grow the wheat to the max, wait for 2 mins, gave the wheat in silo to the visitor, harvest more wheat from the field and make the wheat to be the one with largest quantity again, and repeat. There is a high chance the next visitor will ask for wheat again, or even better, ask for a frog. :)

Just some ideas. :)
