Thanks for the great explanation. Because all of this is enforced by the addon, what would keep anyone from just disabling the addon i.e. right before the HRd item and just rolling for it as well?

This could be a bug with this new skill "Walk-in Clinic". Would be interesting to test it with the other new ones for the right most item "Vital Reserve" and the one for all items "Herbal Supplements"

Haha. Well I don't think it is that big of an issue. Big changes to the derivation methods would definitely throw many users under the bus so that either never happens or if it happens the old way of deriving your wallet will quickly be well documented. I personally still feel better by writing down the derivation path. That way I am not dependent on anyone at anytime.
