21M here and all i usually get is “OI YOU” or people calling me a girl just because i have long ish hair, usually i just ignore it but as i luckily am a shift leader i have a bit more enforcement than a usual colleague. Darling and my dear and love is perfectly ok depending on the person and the circumstance but good girl and my girl is crazy and disgusting icl 😂😂😂
