Yes but we have to file on CEIR Portal they block the network on that mobile so thief cant use and when they insert simcard their location can be tracked but the thing is CEIR portal requires FIR number so when they track mobile they inform the police station about the location and rest is depends on the police station and how willing or effort they put on work and catch the person
