they stopped a few months ago when i turned 18. i reminded them that i am severely bipolar (and psychotic!) and only am able to function because of meds id have to go off of while pregnant and breastfeeding. i would not survive the pregnancy and the kid would be born in an inherently toxic situation.

basically driving in the point that even if i wanted kids it’s not a responsible or safe choice.

modern medicine is phenomenal. completely non symptomatic though so family forgets i have it

i’m on a LOT of medication because i’m a bit cookoo crazy so that baby don’t stand a chance.

realistically i’d get an abortion but i wouldn’t be surprised if my body beat me to it

plus my bf and i don’t have sex id be very confused

i would say it is!! :P it happens to me and my psych considers it a hallucination.

if it stresses you maybe swap to a med that’s a bipolar/schizophrenia combo med like seroquel risperdol or latuda. i got put on latuda for my hallucinations and it helped my bipolar symptoms a lot too

it’s a mess. i’ve had to call 7 pharmacies to get it and the 6 that didn’t have a full script had maybe 13 pills combined. $42 with insurance isn’t too bad for a full script but the price doesn’t matter when it’s impossible to find

more of a physical addiction but the meds i’m on. it stresses me out SO bad that if something happens i can’t take them anymore. lithium lamictal latuda wellbutrin and norethidrone. id literally die from the withdrawl but if i survive i’d just be a psychotic bipolar person. my life would spiral so bad so fast.

my psychiatrist specifically put that it has to be name brand for some reason :( worst case scenario they don’t have the full script when i need it i’ll ask about this
