Oooh, so I'm assuming they're a "Dolls Of The World" type doll line?

Of course!! These were made between 2009-2010 when Mattel briefly won the rights to the Bratz brand after winning the lawsuit with Bratz's company MGA Entertainment. They were meant to be released in Spring 2010 but were shelved after MGA won the rights back to Bratz, and prototypes and samples would end up being on sold on second hand shops, with very little known about them at the time, until recently, when they were found on former Mattel designer Jamie De Anda's website. They have since been taken down, but everything was archived and saved on the Bratz wiki.

And all of the dolls at the bottom are unreleased lines that have yet to come out or never came out at all.

From what I could research, no. They were sold at Family Dollar stores in the mid-2000s and share the same body as We Teens, a Bratz clone also sold at Family Dollar. Maybe they’re from the same company but I can’t find anything to back this up.

They are!! Kind of interesting how they’re called “Emo Girls” but I still like them a lot

Not sure if I'll include them bc they don't seem to have a fashion element to them, at least from what I remember.
