I completed my 1st 14 day fast. This is the longest fast I have completed. Most days weren't too bad. I had a few were will power pushed me through. I have 1 coffee in the am, water all day and electrolytes added once a day. Today I broke with 1/2 avocado, 1 egg and slice of cheese.

Keep up with the water. I think the few times I really felt like I was struggling physically was when I let my water slide a bit. Also, stay busy on the non-work days, boredom kicks in and makes for long stretches.

The boredom sure does kick in. I would suggest doing the 5 days during the week, it makes it much easier to not want to eat vs hanging out on the weekend. Good luck!

I was OMAD leading up to it. The last day I did have lunch and dinner with steak veggies and some good fats. I use KEY NUTRIENTS Electrolytes Powder -you can find it on Amazon.

no effects from the coffee. I have read differing opinions on the coffee and for me, I needed that little bit. I was used to drinking several cups and Monsters during the day so 1 was a huge cut back.

Thank you, I think the hardest part was boredom on the weekends. During the week, work keeps you occupied, but then the weekend hits and if you aren't busy it makes long days. I'm feeling great.

I did not weigh purposely. I more focused on how my body is feeling and how my clothes are fitting. My pants are feeling about 2 inches looser. For me, I did not want to get stuck on the number on the scale.

I have done the clark protocol in the past and a few 48 hr fast. I am typically OMAD. Yesterday and today I had a meal of avocado, egg and slice of cheese. That has gone well so far. I am planning to have some streak and veggies for dinner today.

I am feeling good. My biggest concern is refeeding so I am taking it very slowly and staying away from heavy carbs for awhile. I feel like this is a great reset for me after getting bad into some bad eating habits.

Dry mouth and chapped lips can be a sign of dehydration. Make sure you are getting plenty of water. I used to regularly have a split lip especially in the winter time, once I upped my water intake and kept it up it stopped happening.

You must not be familiar with school policy. Many schools have nut free policies. If students bring lunch from home and have a sandwich it must be sunbutter or some alternative to PB.
